Trained in 2019, Yasmine qualified from the London School of Massage. She continued training, qualifying in Sports Massage Level 4, Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Pregnancy Massage. Yasmine aims to deliver a targeted and holistic practice, continually updating her knowledge to treat reoccurring injuries or conditions. Yasmine treats a range of clients, from those seeking post-exercise maintenance massages, clients suffering from anxiety, fibromyalgia or endometriosis, those recovering from recent surgery or simply as part of ongoing self-care and wellbeing. Having suffered from migraines for several years she is understanding of pain management and sensitive to working on tensions in the neck and upper back area .
