1 to 1 in the Therapy room or home visit. 

Home visit can be up to 3 people. 

Kirsty has been working as a personal trainer for over 15 years.

She is a trained CHEK practitioner (corrective holistic exercise kinesiology), a neurokinetic therapist, anatomy in motion practitioner.

Kirsty’s personal training sessions create positive changes in nourishing movement, healthy and nutritious foods and mindfulness/ meditation practises to help you reach your health goals.

Kirsty has a 1st class honours in Nutrition with Sports science and has continued to study since leaving University.

Her passion is to help others find balance and ease in life. Finding just enough effort without over stressing the body mind.

Kirsty will create a  one-on-one fitness programme for you.

Kirsty will motivate and guide you to help you achieve your goals. 

Clients may wish to lose weight or gain muscle, feel supple, better circulation and mental health. Kirsty can support you in all.
